    – the engine runs and runs.
This exhibition explored the mania surrounding cars – from the gloss to the crash, from the obsession with polishing to the final crushing in the scrap press. It invites us to look at all sides of the automobile and reflect on what mobility, technology and community could mean beyond it. From the squeaky Matchbox car in the nursery to the perfectly waxed sports car in the garage, between lovingly polished paintwork and total loss. Joanna Zabielska and Anna Lerchbaumer took us on a humorous but critical journey through the world of the automobile.
